Training has always been an important focus for the company as it is considered a critical factor in the success of any organisation and Premiere offers a broad selection of training programmes, either on a highly individualised basis or in groups through training workshops.

To ensure that the training provided is effective there are two key elements:

• Familiarisation with your organisation and your employee skills gaps.
• All participants are expected to generate performance improvement plans and goals and these are discussed with each individual to establish achievable timelines.

Premiere’s Training workshops focus on the principles of adult learning and incorporate practical learning activities (exercises, role-plays) and participative discussions. The emphasis is on team-based learning – accommodating all types of learning preferences.

We are focused on taking Skills Development into the 21st Century with our new Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking suite of Modules.
